Article 1 (Purpose)

1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the fundamental rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures for using the K-ArtistClass service provided by KAC Media Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

K-ArtistClass Service refers to the service using the K-ArtistClass brand operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Company: Refers to KAC Media Group Co., Ltd., which operates the K-ArtistClass service.
2. Service: Refers to the content and related products provided by the Company.
3. Member: A person who agrees to these Terms, provides personal information for membership registration, is assigned an ID by the Company, and is authorized to use the Service.
4. Non-member: A person who uses the limited features of the Service without registering as a Member.
5. User: Refers to both Members and Non-members.
6. Administrator: An individual or company designated by the Company for overall service management and operation.
7. Instructor: A Member who creates or provides lectures (classes) using the Service.

Article 3 (Provision of Company Information)

1. The Company shall display the Terms, company name, representative's name, business address (including customer service address), phone number, email address, business registration number, and e-commerce registration number on the Service's homepage for easy access by Members.

Article 4 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
2. If the Company amends the Terms, it shall notify users by posting the changes on the Service’s homepage at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date and maintain the notice for a reasonable period after the changes take effect.
3. If a Member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, it shall be deemed that the Member agrees to the revised Terms.
