Article 1 [General Provisions]

  1. This policy establishes clear refund regulations for Members.
  2. Members must review this policy before using the Service. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from a Member’s failure to do so.
  3. Members must notify the Company of their intent to request a refund or modification via online or offline communication methods.
  4. Refund and modification requests must follow the conditions outlined in this policy.
  5. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card, mobile payment, virtual account transfer). However, if partial refunds or technical issues prevent using the original method, alternative refund options will be discussed.

Article 2 [Live Classes]

Live classes refer to real-time video lectures scheduled at a specific date and time. These are categorized into One-Day Classes (single-session), Multi-Session Classes (two or more sessions), and Subscription Services.

Rescheduling is not allowed for registered classes. To change the schedule, Members must cancel the original booking and reapply.

1. One-Day (Single-Session) Class Refund Policy

2. Multi-Session (Two or More Sessions) Class Refund Policy

  1. Partial cancellations for individual sessions are not allowed. If a Member cancels, all remaining sessions are automatically canceled.
  2. A 10% cancellation fee applies due to the difficulty of filling vacant slots in ongoing classes.
  3. Refunds are processed based on the remaining sessions, applying the One-Day Class Refund Policy to the next scheduled session.

Article 3 [VOD Classes]

  1. Refunds for ALL PASS (all-genre classes), ART CLASS (genre-specific classes), ONE CLASS (single course), and Open Classes are only available if both of the following conditions are met:

    Refund restrictions:

    ① No refunds are available after 7 days from the purchase date.

    ② No refunds are available if any content has been accessed.

    Accessing a single video (clicking and playing it) is considered content usage.

    Downloading a workbook associated with a class is also considered content usage.

    ⑤ Usage records apply across all devices (PC, mobile, tablet) in the same manner.

  2. For bundle purchases (e.g., ALL PASS, ART CLASS), refunds are not calculated proportionally based on unused content. If a Member has accessed any content, the entire package is considered used, and a partial refund is not available.
